At Sparco Store, we engineer our performance parts with precision, and we stand behind every product we sell. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, our returns process is designed to be as smooth as your ride should be.
1. Returns & Exchanges Overview
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most products. All items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- In original packaging with all tags and accessories
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
NOTE: Certain performance parts cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons:
- Additives & Cleaners (opened containers)
- Automatic Transmission Oil and other fluids (opened containers)
- AdBlue products
- Any electrical components (Alternators & Starters) that show signs of installation
2. Return Process
Step 1: Request Authorization

Step 2: Receive Authorization
Our team will respond within 2 business days with:
- Return authorization number (RMA)
- Shipping instructions
- Return address (3569 Mahlon Street, Farmington Hills, MI 48335, USA)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item securely with all original materials and include:
- Copy of your invoice
- RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Timeline:
- Credit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is processed, using your preferred shipping method.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your performance part arrives damaged or defective:

- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund
- In some cases, we may require return of the damaged item
5. International Returns
For customers outside the USA:
- All customs forms must clearly state “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid duties
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
